I was on my way to my girlfriend’s office, and decided to take the train. It was rush hour, the station was packed with people trying to beat the rush and go home early. It was hot, the queue was long, not too mention rude guards, an ordinary weekend for a Filipino. Cameras and taking pictures inside the train station is prohibited, but what the hell.

What was he thinking? Probably he was just tired from all the week’s work.

I was sick and tired of the food in the office’s canteen and decided to eat lunch somewhere else, i was searching for a place to eat, and took pictures while Im at it. This kiosk is very popular for those budget-conscious working people, and often packed with people whose looking for those home-cooked meals for a fraction of the price of those office canteens.

I’ve been out for a field work at Nueva Ecija, went from one place to another for a perfect quarry site for a new road project. Of course, while my boss was cursing me in his mind, I still took pictures, and was trippin’ the shutter every time i see a moment happening.

I was on my way home one night from a date with my girlfriend after work. I never take the Jeepney, or any other mode of tranportation if it is only a short walk. I dont pass up any chances of taking pictures. I might capture some great moments. I hate missin it. That night, I was lucky.

While I am waiting for my plane bound to Aklan for a summer beach getaway to the beautiful island of Boracay, a japanese family was waiting for their plane too. When I got to the waiting area, this kid was all over the place, running around, playing with his siblings, and shouting. The kid got tired and immediately went to his father, and I assumed (of course, i dont speak japanese) he asked to get him to his back and carry him.

The kid fell asleep, and his father even laid flat on his stomach on one of the benches so that his son could sleep comfortably. His wife called him and said something, and my luck,  i was able to get this shot.

I remembered how much our Father, God, loves us. Just like the father in this photo does this for his son, how much more our Almighty God can do for His sons and daughters?
